Extra-Organizer: License agreement

Extra-Organizer is the is shareware program.
It means:

Fedor Yastrebov exclusively owns all rights on Extra-Organizer.

Any can use this software during the 20-day testing period.
During this 20-day period or earlier if you wish to continue
to use Extra-Organizer, you should register it.

Once having registered, not exclusive licence for use
Extra-Organizer for one PC, for any legal purpose is given
to the user. Registered software Extra-Organizer cannot be
hired or leased.

Not registered version Extra-Organizer can freely extend in
not changed kind. Any person and any company cannot take money
for distribution Extra-Organizer without the written order from
the owner of the author's rights to it.

Extra-Organizer EXTENDS "AS IS". IT iS NOT GIVEN ANY GUARANTEES
THAT THE GIVEN PROGRAM MAINTENANCE CORRESPONDS to YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
YOU SHOULD ESTIMATE ITS SUITABILITY INDEPENDENTLY FOR TIME OF THE
TESTING PERIOD. AUTHORS DO NOT SUFFER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE
DTCFUSE OF USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

You cannot use, copy, emulate, duplicate, let, hire, sell,
modify, decompile, extend the registered program or its any
part another, except as in the cases described in the present
licence. Infringement of any of these points conducts to automatic
cancellation of this licence and can become the reason of criminal
and-or legal prosecution.

The licence is not valid after reinstallation (replacement) of an
operating system.

The author reserves all rights which here obviously are not specified.

Installation and use Extra-Organizer means acceptance of all points
by you and conditions of the given licence.

If you do not agree with conditions of the given licence, remove files
Extra-Organizer from your PC and stop it use.
